Scotland Day
On Wednesday 10th June, the school will mark the week building up to the national team playing Haiti in the 2026 World Cup by celebrating all things Scottish in a special 'Scotland Day'.
Primary 3/4 and 4/5 will be running stalls and selling Scottish-themed items, from unicorn pancakes and Irn-Bru popsicles to Scotland-themed tattoos and nails. This is part of their 'Make £5 Grow' project. The Enterprise Group will also be running activities such as 'Beat the Goalie' and 'Soak the Teacher'.
Pupils may bring in a maximum of £5 to spend. Please can pupils bring coins where possible (rather than notes)?
There will also be free Highland Games activities and a 'Build A Castle' task using Scrapantics.
All pupils are encouraged to wear Scottish-themed clothing i.e. Scotland kits, tartan, blue and white.
